Sophia is an Austin native and a parishioner at St. Louis King of France. When she’s not working toward degree requirements for her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Sophia can be found drinking coffee, rock climbing, and enjoying a mystery novel.
Katie is an LPC-Associate and School Counselor at Holy Family Catholic School in Round Rock, TX. She loves anything that is true, good, and beautiful…but especially enjoys music, running, hiking, and probably you!

Join Young Catholic Professionals and Central Texas Catholic for an afternoon of pickleball, community, and connection with young adults from across the Diocese.
Whether you’ve never picked up a paddle or play every weekend, this event is designed for all experience and skill levels. We’ll have both open play courts and tournament-style games available throughout the afternoon so everyone can participate at their own pace.
A live music event for Catholic young adults ages 18–25 is coming soon! Admission is free but registration is required. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. The Upper Room, founded in October 2025 with approval from the Diocese of Austin, is a Catholic young adult group for ages 18–25 hosted at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church.
